Title: Solutions Advisor
Location: Headquartered in Altoona PA, with remote work opportunity
Duration: Full Time Long Term
Travel Requirement: Local travel (75 mile radius), out of area travel negligible < 20 %
Compensation: Negotiable
UDNI Is currently seeking an experienced IT Sales professional to join our Solutions Advisor team. This position offers the opportunity to grow with the company, effect change, and be rewarded for contributing to the expansion of the company. This is an ideal position for a driven, aggressive, self-starting sales person who works well both individually and in a team environment. This position offers significant earning potential, stability, and growth within the company, selling IT services and products, Managed IT solutions, Cloud based solutions, and Voice/Video solutions. The solutions advisor will be supported by other sales individuals, marketing, executive management, engineering and operations support to be effective in all aspects of their sales activities.
Key Responsibilities: The Solutions Advisor is responsible for the direct sales of the company. In this capacity the Solutions Advisor meets established financial goals through the development of leads and opportunities in-line with corporate product and service offerings. The Solutions Advisor must be able to work autonomously to cultivate prospects, qualify leads, and capture new business. The Solutions Advisor will play an integral role in the development of new product and service offerings based on market and client knowledge.
General areas of responsibility include but are not limited to:
Meet established revenue targets through identifying and closing new business
Named and un-named account lead development.
Prospecting to include cold-calling for initial sales presentation.
Development and maintenance of a qualified opportunity list.
Development and maintenance of a sales forecast extending a minimum of 2 quarters.
Work with senior leadership to establish sales intensity and score-card metrics and criteria
Assessment of client technology requirements to feed quote generation process
Development and submission of quotes, including timely and frequent update of internal sales applications for client information and tracking.
Account management to include to frequent (scheduled) follow up with existing clients to introduce new products and services for sales expansion
Participation in industry events and public speaking engagements
Participate in the development of sales and marketing campaigns.
Participate in the development and maturation of the sales organization to include the continual assessment of functions and roles.

Education and Skills Required:
-B.S. Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of 1 year of B2B IT Sales experience
Understanding of IT Managed serviced, cloud solutions, and UCS systems
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
Proven track record of applying multiple means and methods to identify new clients
Ability to multi task under aggressive timelines
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to assimilate complex information and convey effectively
Ability to assess client environment, size solutions and quote services
Strong networking and lead sourcing capabilities
Account management experience
Skills Desired
Formal sales training experience
Experience with CRM and Lead generation applications
Experience or exposure to Cloud based service/solutions sales
Experience selling IT managed services, and customer solutions
Experience selling to the SMB market in Central PA.



Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
