Flexo printing company wants to hire an experienced Quality Control Tech. New hire will be responsible for inspection and auditing within all areas of the manufacturing facility and assuring quality standards are being maintained. The successful candidate will also participate in maintaining and improving the organizations Quality Management System to assure customer satisfaction and quality and coordinating these activities to obtain ISO 9001 certification, while complying with cGMP regulations. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Daily auditing of departmental processes and paperwork according to QA procedures. Incoming inspection on specified materials Review/Pre-Approval of process paperwork for critical customer/production processes Real-time inspection of products, processes and systems Create written reports or analysis as necessary Initiate/participate in facility continuous improvement efforts Perform tasks in accordance with all company safety rules and regulations Performs tasks in accordance with company handbook and written procedures Other duties as needed and assigned by management Position requires at least 3 years manufacturing or quality experience, technical training in quality disciplines, BA or BS preferred, personal computer skills (MS office) and excellent visual acuity and color discrimination.
