Flexo Shift Supervisor
A growing flexographic printing company in Tyrone, PA, has an immediate need for a shift supervisor to maintain operations of the plant during their assigned shift.
Must be able to manage, motivate, train, communicate and cooperate with the total operation. Successful applicant will have a broad knowledge of equipment, production, materials handling, and quality control procedures with safety considerations. Needs to have common sense and good communication skills. Will be working on the production lines and troubleshooting/maintaining equipment, as well as supervising line workers. Candidate must understand this is a working supervisor position - hands-on experience will be required.
Job Requirements
-Minimum 5 years experience as a supervisor in flexographic printing
-Experience achieving positive safety, quality and productivity metrics
-Ability to be flexible with schedule and willing to work cross shifts
-Problem solving and troubling shooting skills
-Excellent communication skills
Salary competitive and based on years of experience. Full-time Monday-Friday, second or third shift.
