Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join our team at The Casino.
The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards of the kitchen, adhering to all food safety regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Operate dishwashing equipment efficiently - Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand - Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition - Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly sanitized - Assist with unloading and storing deliveries - Dispose of trash and recyclables appropriately
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or culinary environment is preferred - Knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and cleanliness - Willingness to assist cooks and kitchen staff as needed This position is ideal for individuals with a background in restaurant, banquet, hotel, or hospitality settings.
