The successful candidate will work independently with a person with autism in a day program setting.
The position may take place in the Day Program location or Residential location depending on health or behavioral concerns.
The candidate also needs to work well in a group setting with other individuals with varying degrees of physical and intellectual disabilities.
This position will require a highly motivated and person-centered individual.
This position is Monday through Friday 7:
45am -3:
45 pm.
Skills Needed - Must be a creative problem solver, active, very energetic, caring, and be willing to adapt to an ever-changing environment.
The Direct Support Professional position requires you to have your High School Diploma/GED, and a valid PA Driver's license.
All applicants must be approved to be insured through Crossroads auto insurance policy prior to employment.
Pre-employment physical, TB, drug screen and all criminal history background checks will be paid for by Crossroads Services, Inc.

$100 bonus after the completion of 90 days of employment $250 bonus after the completion of 6 months of employment $500 bonus after the completion of 1 year of employment $250 bonus for anyone referring another individual who remains employed for at least 6 months.
