4K a year Essential Duties and responsibilites of a Production Manager include:
Responsible for the oversight of the kitchen and production area Directs employees and manufacturing activities to ensure maximum quality is delivered safely, efficiently and on time.
Understands, follows, and enforces all established safety, health, quality GMP and Company policies.
Ensures robust security procedures and training are in place, and that operations are following compliance as required by legislation and policy.
Ability to influence outcomes, utilizing effective communication skills across functions and at senior levels.
Understands, follows, and enforces all established policies, procedures, and recognized practices.
Ensures continuous improvement plans are developed and implemented to ensure short-and-long range goals are in process.
Oversees the production planning process to ensure customer requirements are satisfied.
Maintains contact with sales department and management to effectively meet and maximize utilization of plant facilities.
Promote an open door and team building environment policy.
Production management experience is required.
A minimum of five years' experience in an operation supervisory or management role in a manufacturing environment with demonstrated leadership skills strongly preferred.
Production managers are required to lead and interact with other employees and managers.

Ability to maintain regular, predictable, and punctual attendance Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
