Summary:
The Service Technician is responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of all company equipment.
The Technician will also be responsible for providing customer service and support.
Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain company equipment Provide customer service and support Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment problems Order and stock parts Keep work area clean and organized Follow all safety procedures Complete all required training
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent 2 years of experience in a service technician role Valid driver's license Basic computer skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent customer service skills Attention to detail Problem-solving skills Time management skills Job Type:
