Answering incoming phone calls and online inquiries Use precise scripts provided by the dealership when responding to customer inquiries to satisfy the dealership and manufacturer goals Project a warm and helpful approach while answering queries and providing general or related vehicle sales information Schedule sales appointments for dealership salespeople Collect and track all customer information as directed and record it appropriately into the BDC database Maintain and communicate to our customers a high level of product and inventory expertise Key Goals:
6-8 confirmed appointments scheduled per day Number of outgoing calls per day:
80-100 Create good public relations consistent with effective use of timelines Update and purify customer records Follow direction of the BDC manager and sales management team Qualifications include but are not limited to:
HS Diploma or Equivalent Clean criminal background record Upbeat, positive, smile while you dial Ability to be self-motivated Ability to manage heavy phone contact Blaise Alexander offers its employees and their family's benefits packages and tools you need to be successful.
