7 Altoona, PA Altoona, PA Full-time Full-time 13 days ago 13 days ago 13 days ago CLI Training Programs Instructor 19813 5700 6th Ave ALTOONA, Pennsylvania Full-Time Hybrid Job Description OVERVIEW Provide instruction and education to employees of CLI/Sheetz pertaining to transportation trainings and offerings to ensure the successful, effective execution of all CLI employee training programs.
RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned) Serve as a programs educator by demonstrating a working knowledge in core areas of transportation and a fundamental knowledge in all CLI/Sheetz departments.
Plan, coordinate and facilitate the delivery of various trainings, including but not limited to new driver orientation; identify employees' skill gaps and provide targeted solutions for improvement to managers.
Provide feedback on the relevance and effectiveness of the program content and employee development needs and collaborate with other departments for continuous improvement of trainings and to maintain and update program deliverables.
Assist with the preparation of training materials (printed materials, flipcharts, etc.
) for classroom training and development programs.
Develop and maintain a working knowledge of programs, regulations and standard operating procedures to remain compliant and up to date (EX:
FMCSA, CLI Operations, OSHA, PHMSA).
Maintain a high level of timely, professional, and respectful communication with all business partners and customers Participate in training events such as webinar sessions for ongoing development around best practices to ensure consistent, high-quality training and drive employee performance.
QUALIFICATIONS (Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered) Education Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Administration, Education or related field required Experience Minimum 2 years' meeting or classroom training facilitation or driver trainer experience required Previous transportation experience preferred Licenses/Certifications AED / First Aid Preferred; must be completed upon hire Tools & Equipment (Other than general office equipment):
